media platform to participate in this event. Eligible platforms include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
Tiktok, or YouTube.
Tag official UniConverter accounts/channels and use the hashtag #Magnifyeastermemories for your post
to be considered eligible.
Message UniConverter's official accounts/channels with your post link, and request a 30% discount on
Wondershare UniConverter 1-year Plan(individual), which can’t be combined with other coupons.

Participants’ content must be original and without plagiarism. Replies, retweets, and reposts will be
excluded from the contest. Wondershare Technology reserves the right to disqualify submissions that
have irrelevant themes without context or captions to accompany the entries.

Eligibility:
The event is open to residents worldwide who have reached the legal age of majority in their
province/territory of residence at the time of entry.

Personal information collected from participants is used only for the purpose of the Giveaway and will

Event period:
Participants who submit videos(the social media posts) between 12:01:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time
(“PST”) on March 25, 2024, to 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on April 8th, 2024, will
receive an extra coupon for UniConverter. The UniConverter team will contact the participants on April
15th, 2024, via their social media accounts or email.
Prizes and how winners are chosen:

Participants’ posts for the event may be selected and announced on our social media channels during
the event. Wondershare reserves the ultimate right of interpretation for this event. Wondershare

To receive the event prize, Participants need to notify UniConverter’s official accounts/channels
through a direct message. If a participant is qualified to receive a prize but doesn’t reach
UniConverter’s official accounts/channels before 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on April
8th, 2024, their entry will be cancelled.
Accept the prize as described in these rules. Prizes cannot be transferred to another individual,
substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for money or any other consideration.

service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of Wondershare Technology, or (d) acted
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any

Wondershare Technology is not responsible for participants who are not able to use any of the effects
because of the limitations of their computers. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or
programming associated with or utilized in the event or by any technical or human error, which may
occur in the processing of entries in the event. Wondershare Technology assumes no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of,
entries. Wondershare Technology is not responsible for any injury or damage to participants or to any
computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this event. These
Rules and Regulations shall be governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising out of or in
connection with this event shall be submitted to Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration for
arbitration with its effective rules and no other court anywhere else.
